At Innovation Care our aim is to ensure that the service users receive a service of the highest standard and tailored to an individual need. We shall work in a manner that respects dignity, privacy, and promotes choice and Independence. We aim to make sure that the service user's stay is an enjoyable and positive experience. Our philosophy is based on the social model of care, and gentle teaching, we do not undertake therapy. Innovation care is a care based business operating two registered care homes, specialising in the provision of care for adults with learning disabilities. The homes are in Gloucestershire and Herefordshire, at Innovation Care we work in partnership with service users their families or advocates and friends. We work in a person centred way to meet the needs personnel goals and  aspirations of the service user.

Latest News We are looking to recruit staff at Moor Court. Full/ part time roles available Driver preferred training available. Clink on link for an application form. A decission has been made to expand the facilities at Moor Court by developing the Top Floor flat.     Since our last update numerous events have taken place Christmas parties were held at the Belfries Public House Little Dean and at the Grove Golf course and Bowling alley in Leominster both events were eventful the Bowling and Disco at the Grove were memorable as was the Disco and Dancing at the Belfries. At  Moor Court we held our second bonfire night this was well attended by family friends and staff from both Moor Court and Prospect House. Special thanks to Jim for the fireworks display and the building and lighting of the bonfire. The latest holiday was with Service users and staff from Prospect House who went on a week’s holiday to Butlins in Bognor Regis. As well as having good weather there was lots of entertainment on offer and plenty to do.   There were a wide variety of shows available during their stay which included: Wrestling, A Circus performance, puppet shows, Beatles & Abba tribute shows, there was also regular evening Karaoke.  In the daytime there was a free fairground on-site along with a huge pool area complete with flumes, a cinema, arcades, 10-pin bowling, snooker & pool.   A good time was had by all and great memories made!
